About
My Bio
My name is Aliakbar Asgharpour and I was born in 1988 in Babel. As a child, I was an extremely dreamy and had many dreams. I entered primary school in 1995. From the very beginning, my friends and I participated in various activities. Because of my interest in painting, I spent a lot of my free time painting and designing. Over time, my interest in painting gave way to designing, until I graduated proudly from high school in 2006, and to follow my interest in design, I chose industrial design and drawing as my field of study to continue my studies.
After entering the university, my life changed so much that I experienced many ups and downs. However, I enjoyed being on campus with my professors and friends. Furthermore, my family encouraged me to continue my education. This was one of the most important reasons for me to pursue further studies.
For the next ten years, I took different courses, but there were interruptions between them. I had experienced various jobs during this period. From 2014 to 2016, I was working as a designer in an auto parts manufacturing company. This was a great chance for me because not only was I using my academic education, but I also was doing the work related to my field of study.
In 2016, I entered university to study for a master’s degree in mechanical and manufacturing engineering. I was always eager to learn more, so I quit my job at that company to focus more on my education. During the first few months, I did not know what to do, but very soon I adapted to the new environmen, so I spent a lot of time on campus. Sometimes I even went to university on holidays. Somehow, university was my second home.
Because of the useful experiences I had at the workplace and of doing various projects with different professors, I started working as a teaching assistant at the university from the second year. This was a great experience for me as a student and I have finally decided that I really want to become a teacher because I am very happy and excited to communicate with other students and share my knowledge in an intimate and friendly environment. I have been teaching at the university since 2019 and I hope to continue this work in the coming years.
